Collab class with MESHmoms

I will be the guest  expert speaker, discussing breastfeeding and bottle feeding on March 15th!

For babies born between December 2023 and February 2024. (Baby born in November 2023? Connect with us. It might still be a good fit.)

A small group learning series that provides support and connection in the months after birth.

Postpartum Pods are limited to 8 mom/baby pairs and are facilitated by an experienced Postpartum Doula and different subject matter experts.

Postpartum Pods create an intimate cohort of mothers with same-age babies. You’ll get specific guidance around developmental milestones, regulating your baby’s sleep routine, breast and bottle feeding, separation anxiety, maternal identity, and so much more! The most valuable benefit of our Postpartum Pods may simply be being seen by others going through this exciting but at times overwhelming phase of life and developing strong bonds with other moms... But you’ll also learn how to mindfully navigate the first few months of your child’s life, as well as gain resources to help you and your little one develop ongoing confidence and joy.

Meeting dates:
Every Friday for 6 weeks: March 8, 15 and 22, and April 5, 12 and 19.
